Khruangbin and Leon Bridges are back in business together as they drop their brand new single, “Chocolate Hills.” The “technicolor love song” follows the cut “B-Side,” and both tracks are set to appear on Bridges and the trio’s upcoming collaborative EP, Texas Moon. They previously teamed up for the project Texas Sun, which dropped in February 2020. Bridges’ last full-length effort dates back to July 2021’ Gold-Diggers Sound, which featured guest appearances from Robert Glasper, Terrace Martin and Ink, and is currently in the running for Best R&B Album at the 2022 GRAMMY Awards. After releasing her newest track alongside Alesso, pop superstar Katy Perry has even more plans in the dance music space in 2022. A source told The Sun‘s “Bizarre” column that Perry has a lot coming down the pipeline for this year, and she is “determined to make 2022 her year.” This includes a fiery collaboration with leading electronic music producer Zedd, but it won’t be their first. Peloton Inks Deal for David Bowie’s Music With Remixes From TOKiMONSTA, Honey Dijon and St. Vincent
At-home exercise company Peloton has announced that David Bowie‘s entire catalog will be added to its platform, alongside three new remixes from Honey Dijon, TOKiMONSTA, and St. Vincent. Starting January 19th, Peloton users will be able to break a sweat to Bowie’s classic genre-bending songs. The tracks receiving remix treatment from Honey Dijon, TOKiMONSTA, and St. Vincent are “Let’s Dance,” “Golden Years,” and “It’s No Game (No. 1),” respectively. MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman Vince Neil played his second concert of 2022 this past Saturday night (January 15) at Lawrenceburg Event Center in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Fan-filmed video footage of the performance can be seen below. The Lawrenceburg show marked Neil‘s third live appearance since he reportedly broke his ribs while performing with his solo band at the Monsters On The Mountain festival at LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee on October 15. Aussie rockers Camp Cope have made their comeback official with the announcement of their upcoming album, Running with the Hurricane, out March 25th via Run For Cover Records. As a preview, the trio shared the title track, which you can stream below.
