The Walking Dead Anthology Series Adds Olivia Munn
AMC announced a number of cast members to its upcoming series Tales of The Walking Dead today, including Olivia Munn, Danny Ramirez, Jesse T. Usher, and more. The Walking Dead spinoff will be a six-episode anthology series featuring standalone stories from the original show’s zombie-infested universe. Additional cast members include Loan Chabanoal and Embeth Davidtz, though AMC promised in a release that some old and familiar faces are also bound to pop up on the AMC series. “Olivia, Danny, Loan, Embeth, and Jessie are the latest massive talents that will bring new worlds of TWD to life with big, daring, different, emotional, shocking, scary, and crazy stories. George R.R. Martin Confirms House of the Dragon Has Wrapped Filming
George R.R. Martin announced on Friday that HBO’s upcoming Game of Thrones spinoff House of the Dragon has completed filming. “Exciting news out of London — I am informed that shooting has wrapped for the first season of House of the Dragon,” the author wrote in a post on his personal blog. “Yes, all 10 episodes. I have seen rough cuts of a few of them, and I’m loving them. Of course, a lot more work needs to be done. Special effects, color timing, score, all the post production work. But the writing, the directing, the acting all look terrific. I hope you will like them as much as I do. My hat is off to Ryan [J. John Williams to Write Theme for Obi-Wan Kenobi Series
Since announcing the return of Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen, Disney+ has scored another big name for its upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi limited series. John Williams, the legendary composer behind Star Wars‘ award-winning scores, has written and recorded the theme song for the new series, Variety reports. Williams won an Oscar back in 1977 for his score for the original Star Wars, and was nominated for his work on both the rest of the original trilogy (The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi) and the franchise’s last three films (The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi, and The Rise of Skywalker.) Saturday Night Live will revealed the guest list for the next three episodes of its 47th season. As previously reported, John Mulaney will become the third fastest person in SNL history join the Five-Timers Club when he pairs up with LCD Soundsystem on the show’s February 26th episode. HBO has announced a new two-part documentary on Larry David, which will premiere Tuesday, March 1st at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. The Larry David Story is directed by David’s longtime friend and partner Larry Charles.
