“How do you do, fellow kids?” is how Steve Buscemi greeted trick or treaters who stopped by his Park Slope, Brooklyn home on Halloween. In what is without a doubt the year’s best Halloween costume, Buscemi donned the infamous outfit that inspired one of the Internet’s famous memes. On an episode of 30 Rock aired in 2012, Buscemi cameoed as a private detective named Lenny Wosniak. In one especially memorable scene, Buscemi’s recounts the time he infiltrated a high school by donning a backward red baseball cap, red hoodie, “music band” t-shirt, and skateboard and greeting students by saying, “How do you do, fellow kids?” The scene quickly became a viral sensation and remains an extremely popular meme nearly a decade later. Wearing that very same outfit (skateboard included!), Buscemi handed ...
Residents of Sydney, Australia received an extra spooky treat for their Halloweekend. Netflix commissioned a massive replica Squid Game’s perilous Red Light, Green Light doll, who will keep its watchful eye over Sydney’s The Rocks neighborhood until Monday (November 1st). According to Perth Now, the doll stands at just under fifteen feet tall and weighs three tons. It stays loyal to the doll’s functions in Squid Game, possessing the ability to turn its head and chant “red light, green light.” Its eyes can also detect any movement from players who don’t keep still. But don’t worry — unlike in the show, this Red Light, Green Light doll won’t be shooting any losers dead. Squid Game premiered on Netflix last month, and has already beat out Bridgerton as the p...
Will Smith says he “considered suicide,” in the new trailer for the YouTube Originals unscripted series Best Shape of My Life. The first two episodes premiere on Monday, November 8th. Smith initially conceived of the project as a way to hold himself accountable as he tried to “lose 20 pounds in 20 weeks.” He said, “When I stared this show, I thought I was getting into the best shape of my life physically. But mentally, I was somewhere else. I ended up discovering a whole lotta hidden things about myself.” He added that the process of writing his memoir Will ended up “exposing my life and so many things that people don’t know about it.” Without revealing any juicy details, the trailer hints at these secrets in a dinner table scene as Smith addresses his family. “That was...
“Destiny is a beast.” So goes the logline for the Season 2 trailer of The Witcher, which Netflix dropped this afternoon. Stream it below. In the clip, a narrator warns Henry Cavill’s Geralt of Rivia, “Something has changed, Geralt. The world’s acting strange these days. The North and South at war. Monsters roaming when they should be hibernating. Maybe it’s the end of days.” The titular witcher’s response? “I’ve lived through three supposed ‘end of days.’ It’s all horseshit.” As a hard-charging rendition of Kanye West’s massive 2010 hit “Monster” plays over top, the trailer then teases out all the palace intrigue, empire building, and battle preparations that will go down in the fantasy series’ sophomore season — not to mention Cavill taking on assassins, magic, and a particularly gru...

But before the former strangers turned roomies — Tami Roman, Jon Brennan, Beth Stolarczyk, Irene Berrera, David Edwards, Glen Naessens and Beth Anthony — reunite in the City of Angels on Paramount+, the cast is describing their original experience on the MTV series. “One was the cop, one was a comedian, one was a country, singer,” Irene reflects in the clip above. “We’re in this huge fishbowl, without killing each other.” Meanwhile, Beth S is still wondering decades later “why people didn’t like me.” “I walk in with my kitty — everybody hates me,” she states. “I try to have fun — people don’t like me.” W...
Saturday Night Live creator Lorne Michaels has a fever, and the only prescription is more Will Ferrell. “I never rank,” Michaels began to The Hollywood Reporter, “but Will’s definitely in the top two or three that have ever done the show. There’s no question.” Ferrell worked with Michaels on SNL from 1995 to 2002. In explaining his non-ranking, Michaels didn’t cite Ferrell’s way with the cowbell, the manner in which he dissed his dog, or his impressions of iconic figures like Harry Caray or George W. Bush. Instead, he spoke about the first show after the September 11th attacks. “I’d made it clear that I was going to show up but that the cast should only do so if it wanted to — because I didn’t know what the risks were, and everybody, the whole city, was frightened,” Mic...
If there’s one rookie woman on The Challenge who can defy the odds and remain until the game’s end, it’s a blue-haired alien with expert missile marksmanship and a penchant for invoking the name of her late grandmother during victory speeches. But will Emy, the undisputed breakout star of Spies, Lies and Allies, rise to the occasion like the spacecraft she seems sure will beam her up? On tonight’s episode, and stuck on a Ruby Cell that had left her totally uninspired, Emy — under the advisement of her favorite “Uncle CT” — hatched a plan to, once again, stand by CT’s side. Though CT was still the most feared man in the game, he saw Amanda and Bettina as his Sapphire Cell’s weak links and urged Emy to consider tossing herself into The Lair to take one of their spots. “I think Em...
B.J. Novak has accidentally become one of the world’s most popular stock photo models. Since his picture was erroneously uploaded to a public domain website, the writer and The Office actor/writer has become the face of several different products in countries around the globe. Novak recently collected a few of his favorites in his Instagram stories, modeling a Calvin Klein perfume in Sweden, hair clippers in China, face paint in Uruguay, and a bile green raincoat in Europe. “Years ago, someone mistakenly put an image of me on a public domain site,” he explained. He’s been aware of this second, less lucrative career since at least 2014, when he posted a steely-eyed tower of boxed Novaks, all labelled ‘Encounter’ and sitting on a shelf. Unbeknownst to him, he’d been selling pe...

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, the duo talked about their plans to release a total of 14 “made-for-TV movies” over the next seven years on the streaming service as part of the $900 million deal they’ve inked with ViacomCBS. “With Viacom, we realized we could make them as long or as short as we needed,” Parker stated, while Stone added, “We’re trying to make what’s on Paramount+ different from anywhere else, so hourlong made-for-TV movies is where our head is at. We’ll do two made-for-TV movies every year. They will be big, but they are not quite movie scale.” Advertisement Related Video The first film, South Park: Post Covid, will premiere on November 25th; a second as-yet...

Cut to Jon telling someone “I hate to see you leave like this.” In 2021. Looks like not everyone is going to be polite. Who else is bickering in the City of Angels — and who ca...
Cheyenne and Zach made a “commitment for a lifetime” during tonight’s Teen Mom OG episode: The longtime sweethearts got engaged in front of their family and friend’s at their baby sprinkle for son-on-the-way Ace. Ryder was also part of the special moment. Before Zach popped the question to Chey and Ryder, he made sure to get the blessing from her father Kyle. Next, he devised the plan: The proposal(s) would unfold at the aforementioned party in a separate indoor area, and the two would be blindfolded on their way to the special spot. When Cheyenne arrived at the romantic destination, she was genuinely surprised. And no, Chey, you weren’t receiving a crib! “Twelve years later, I got you right where I want you,” Zach told a stunned Cheyenne. “A...
