All signs seem to be pointing to Taylor Swift making her long-awaited debut on Travis and Jason Kelce’s New Heights podcast this week. On Monday, the brothers teased an episode set for Wednesday, August 13th, at 7:00 p.m. ET, featuring a “VERY special guest.” An accompanying image features a silhouette in Swift’s likeness, along with Jason wearing an “Eras Tour” T-shirt.
Meanwhile, the Swift X account, Taylor Nation, posted its own cryptic message on Monday: “Thinking about when she said ‘See you next era…’ ❤️🔥”
Swifties were quick to note that the background of the New Heights image is an orangish-red — the same hue Swift wears in the collage of images featured in the Taylor Nation post. It’s also the color she used late last year at the conclusion of “The Eras Tour,” when she first used the phrase, “See you next era.” It’s also worth noting that the Taylor Nation’s post arrived 12 minutes after New Heights’ initial tease. It’s all led to speculation that Swift might use her appearance on New Heights to announce her 12th studio album.
