
EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami took the stage as KPop Demon Hunters girl group HUNTR/X at the 2026 Oscars on Sunday, March 15th to perform their worldwide hit “Golden.”
After a traditional Korean dance performance reflecting the inspiration behind KPop Demon Hunters, the trio stepped forward to perform the song before an audience waving glowing yellow lights. Watch a replay below.
Shortly after the performance, “Golden” won Best Original Song, beating out “I Lied to You” from Sinners, the title track from Train Dreams, and “Sweet Dreams of Joy” from Viva Verdi! In the process, it became the first K-pop song to win an Oscar.

Earlier in the evening, KPop Demon Hunters also won for Best Animated Film in a field that included Arco, Elio, Little Amélie or the Character of Rain, and Zootopia 2.
