Bad Bunny’s ‘Un Verano Sin Ti’ Logs Most Weeks at No. 1 in 2022

Bad Bunny‘s Un Verano Sin Ti has made history as the album that’s spent the most weeks at No. 1 this 2022.

The record moved back up to No. 1 this week with 99,500 equivalent album units — logging its 10th nonconsecutive week atop the chart. Billboard reports that it has yet to depart the Billboard 200’s first two spots and is the first album to spend its first 18 weeks switching between Nos. 1 and 2, surpassing Drake’s record of 17 weeks with Views.

Other debuts in this week’s top 10 include Megadeth’s The Sick, the Dying… and the Dead! at No. 3, which earned 48,000 equivalent album units in its first week and Romeo Santos’ Fórmula, Vol. 3 at No. 10 with 26,000equivalent album units.

Also appearing in this week’s top 10 are Morgan Wallen, DJ Khaled and Harry Styles at Nos. 2, 4 and 5 respectively, while Beyoncé, Rod Wave, The Weeknd and TWICE make up the bottom half from Nos. 6 to 9.

Elsewhere in music, PnB Rock has died at 30 years old.
