We Love To See It: Obama Campaigns For Joe Biden In Florida With More Smoke For Trump

Source: Miami Herald / Getty Our forever President, Barack Obama, has been hitting the campaign trail to rally up the people for his former running mate Joe Biden and the unfiltered critiques against his predecessor are showing a side of Obama most of us have been hoping for. On Saturday (Oct. 24) while campaigning in Miami, the 44th President slammed Trump for his response to the coronavirus pandemic and reckless and maniacal tweets aimed at critics, adding the joke that “Florida Man wouldn’t even do this stuff.” President Obama also noted that a win for his former vice president would mean the United States would have a “normal president,” criticizing Trump for going “out of his way to insult anybody who he doesn’t think is nice enough to him.” “We won’t have a president who threatens pe...

Robin Hood ish. From The A to the island, Dave East hits up Jamaica for his Popcaan assisted clip to “Unruly” where he enjoys the tropical weather, the exclusive weed, and gets love from the locals. Delusions of Grandeur: Trump Claims ’60 Minutes’ Interview Walk Out Showed “Strength”

Source: WENN/Avalon / WENN Donald Trump once again allowed his immaturity to show, but in traditional Trump fashion, he’s acting as if his unruly behavior is a form of acceptable behavior. On Sunday (Oct 25), CBS aired the edited 60 Minute episode that featured Trump’s response to the “tough questions” asked by veteran journalist Lesley Stahl. The episode, which opens with a seemingly already upset Trump ended up bolstering a whopping 16 lies in less than 30 minutes, according to CNN fact-checkers, with the biggest and most notable lie being about his response to the pandemic and his still unrevealed healthcare plan. “You brought up a lot of subjects that were inappropriately brought up,” Trump said. “Well, I said, I’m going to ask you tough questions,” Leslie Stahl replied. Afte...

TOMMY LEE On MÖTLEY CRÜE: ‘I Call Us S**t Magnets’

In a new interview with KFC Radio, MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer Tommy Lee reflected on the fact that he and his bandmates became one of the biggest rock acts on the planet in the late 1980s and early 1990s, despite going out of their way to bring as much decadence, debauchery and depravity down upon themselves and everyone around them as possible. “I call us shit magnets,” Tommy said (see video below). “For some reason, we were just at the wrong place at the right time. I look back and try to figure it out, like, ‘What the fuck just happened?’ We were these four guys from fucking L.A. that somehow put a band together, and the fucking band blew up and we went around and toured the world and just created fucking mayhem everywhere. And the four of us are still alive. I do...

THE CULT’s BILLY DUFFY Lists Hollywood Hills House For $3.8 Million

According to the Los Angeles Times, THE CULT guitarist Billy Duffy has listed his house in Hollywood Hills, California for $3.8 million. Duffy bought the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home four years ago for $2.63 million. Located close to the famous Sunset Strip, the property is described in its official listing as an “architectural gem.” THE CULT recently entered the legendary Rockfield Studios in Wales to begin recording its new album. The band’s follow-up to 2016’s “Hidden City” is being helmed by producer Tom Dalgety, who has previously worked with GHOST and ROYAL BLOOD, among others. Last December, singer Ian Astbury told Atlantic City Weekly that THE CULT was planning to work on new music in 2020. “Hidden City” was released in February 2...

DIMMU BORGIR Is Working On ‘More Stripped Down’ New Album With Less Orchestral Elements

DIMMU BORGIR guitarist Sven Atle Kopperud (a.k.a. Silenoz) has confirmed to Australia’s “Everblack” podcast that the band is hard at work on material for the follow-up to 2018’s “Eonian” LP. “We’re pretty well on the way into the beginning of the songwriting process for the next album,” he said (hear audio below). “So things are going pretty smooth, to be fair. We have, separately, us in the band, we have so much ideas for material, and we just bring everything to the DIMMU pot, so to speak, and we stir around, and then stuff comes out. So it’s like a meat grinder. It’s a pretty long process, but it’s a really fun process, and there’s never a shortage of ideas and riffs. It’s more like a challenge to ...

ROB HALFORD: How My Sister Was ‘My Opening Door To My Life In JUDAS PRIEST’

Rob Halford spoke to WeAreIowa.com about how he came to join JUDAS PRIEST in 1973 after being introduced to bassist Ian Hill through his sister, who was dating Hill at the time. “My beautiful sister Sue,” Halford said (see video below). “She’s playing ‘Jingle Bells’ on [Rob‘s] ‘Celestial’ album that came out last year. She’s so important to me, as [is] all of our family. They make us who we are. We live our lives through each other in that respect. “But the story with Sue and with JUDAS PRIEST is a fantastic one, because at that particular time, PRIEST were looking for a new singer, and my sister Sue was dating Ian — Ian ‘Bass God’ Hill from JUDAS PRIEST,” he continued. “And he happened to mention to ...

Idina Menzel, Questlove, Peter Frampton & More React to Senate’s Confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett for Supreme Court

Just one week away from the Nov. 3 presidential election, the Senate confirmed Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Amy Coney Barrett, in a 52-48 vote on Monday (Oct. 26). The decision gives conservatives a 6-3 majority on the court, as 48-year-old Barrett fills the vacancy left by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died last month at the age of 87. On Sunday (Oct. 25), the Democrats unsuccessfully tried to filibuster the nomination. You Deserve to Make Money Even When you are looking for Dates Online. So we reimagined what a dating should be. A No. 1 Song Written by a Solitary Songwriter Is Becoming a Thing of the Past

Billboard’s Gary Trust wrote about this phenomenon five years ago (see above). Trust’s conclusion: “Pop hits penned by just one writer are now almost completely anachronistic.” When Trust made that blunt assessment in October 2015, no song written by just one songwriter had reached No. 1 since Pharrell Williams’ “Happy” (which he wrote) 19 months prior. In the five years since Trust’s article, “Perfect” is the only song written by just one writer to reach the top spot. You don’t have to go back to the days of Irving Berlin and Cole Porter to find a time when it was utterly normal for big hits to be written by just one person. Sixteen songs reached No. 1 on the Hot 100 in 1980. Twelve of them were written by individual songwriters working alone. Even more recently, 10 of the 12 singles that...

Oneohtrix Point Never Releases Song Co-Written With The Weeknd

The producer’s new single “No Nightmares” was co-written by the pop superstar. On Monday (Oct. 26), Oneohtrix Point Never released his latest track “No Nightmares.” Coming from his latest album Magic Oneohtrix Point Never, out this Friday via Warp, the song was co-written by Oneohtrix Point Never’s Daniel Lopatin and one Abel Tesfaye — the given name of the superstar known to most as The Weeknd. It also features vocals from Tesfaye (listed in the liner notes as The Weeknd) and Chairlift’s Caroline Polacheck. Altogether, the trio construct a meditative cuddle puddle of synth and drifting prog rock flourishes that lull you into a pleasantly zoned-out state of zen that is a welcome respite from the frenzied cacophony of life itself. Hear it...

Texan Singer Desz Gets 4-Chair Turn With ‘Unbreak My Heart’ Cover on ‘The Voice’: Watch

“Let me tell you why we were so enthralled by your performance. That is not an easy song to sing,” John Legend explained to the rest of the world. “You did a lot of things that personalized the song for you.” “The fact that you chose that song means that you just set the bar, and it’s pretty high, because you’re insane,” enthused fellow Texan Kelly Clarkson. And which team did she pick? NBC left it on a cliffhanger. Watch the performance below. You Deserve to Make Money Even When you are looking for Dates Online. So we reimagined what a dating should be.
