Former president Barack Obama has shared his 2020 summer playlist. The Ellen DeGeneres Show Producers Ousted Following Investigation

The Ellen DeGeneres Show experienced some senior personnel shakeups on Monday afternoon. As Variety reports, executive producers Ed Glavin, Kevin Leman, and Jonathan Norman have all “parted ways” with the series following Warner Media’s investigation over allegations of misconduct and an environment of fear. As previously reported, Glavin, Leman, and Norman had been cited in a report from Buzzfeed that ran at the end of July. At the time, they were immediately suspended, though sources report their contracts have since been terminated. What’s more, Leman and Glavin have also been dismissed from other DeGeneres-produced shows. Quinn Coleman, a major label executive, DJ and son of former BET chief Debra Lee and Randy Coleman, died suddenly on Sunday (Aug. 16) at the age of 31. Currently, Coleman’s cause of death remains unknown. Quinn was “a loving son, brother, cousin and friend, a passionate DJ and A&R executive with a bright future ahead of him,” reads a statement from a representative of Debra Lee. “Debra and her family are devastated by Quinn’s passing and ask for privacy and respect as they grieve together.” For more than two years, Coleman served as senior director of A&R at Capitol Records, based in Los Angeles, where he signed the group Brasstracks, whose debut album is due this week for release. 2 Men Indicted For Murder Of Jam Master Jay

On Monday (August 17), federal prosecutors are set to announce that two men have been indicted for the murder of the member of Run-DMC and Hip-Hop pioneer. Born Jason Mizell, Jay was murdered on the evening of Wednesday, October 30, 2002 in a recording studio that he owned in Queens. The gunman was buzzed into the studio, leading to speculation that Jay was at the least familiar with his killer. So far, the New York Times reports that Ronald Washington and Karl Jordan, Jr. have been indicted on charges of murder while engaged in drug trafficking.
