Next week, Bob Dylan will release Rough and Rowdy Ways, his first album of original songs since 2012’s Tempest (His previous three albums was comprised of Frank Sinatra covers). Today on his Instagram account (and definitely not the bard himself), the full tracklisting for the set was revealed. Previously, Dylan shared the 17-minute marathon “Murder Most Foul” which recounted President Kennedy’s assassination along with plenty of surrounding 1960s arcana, and the less-serious “I Contain Multitudes,” which shouted out Indiana Jones and “those British bad boys” the Rolling Stones. A new movie based on two teenagers trying to make their way to the first-ever Iron Maiden concert in Colombia has been picked up by film company M-appeal. The movie, titled The Night of the Beast, is currently in post-production. According to Variety, the narrative film centers on Bogotá teenagers Vargas and Chuki, who head out to see an Iron Maiden show in Colombia. While the movie itself is fictional, it is based on true events of 2008, when metalheads journeyed to see the iconic metal band play its first concert in the Latin American country. Goldenvoice, the production company behind Coachella, has confirmed the festival’s cancelation for 2020. Initially, organizers had postponed the two-weekend music festival from April to October 2020 with the hope that live music would be back up and running by the fall. However, on Wednesday, local health officials in Indio, California canceled both Coachella and its sister festival, Stagecoach, citing concerns that COVID-19 could worsen in the fall. In a statement released Thursday, Goldenvoice said, “This is not the future that any of us hoped to confront, but our main focus remains the well-being of our fans, staff, artists, desert partners and everyone involved in the festival.” As of now, Coachella is slated to return over two weekends next April, but those plans appear...
