Oscar-winner Russell Crowe is set to star in the upcoming supernatural horror film, The Exorcism. The demon extraction-themed film is directed by Joshua John Miller and is expected to release in early June.In a genre that has captured the attention of audiences since 1973's The Exorcist, Crowe returns to the big screens to play Anthony Miller. As per the logline, Crowe's character is a "troubled actor who begins to unravel while shooting a supernatural horror film." Ryan Simpkins plays his daughter in the film and begins suspecting her father's sinister troubles as opposed to a relapse into former addiction problems.
