HBO has officially renewed Curb Your Enthusiasm for a 12th season. The news is hardly surprising, as Larry David confirmed his return earlier this year. However, given the state of flux at HBO following the merger of Warner Bros. and Discovery, nothing is a given these days. Fortunately, on Tuesday HBO issued a press release confirming Curb’s impending return. “Larry outdoes himself season after season and always manages to come back when the audience needs him most,” Amy Gravitt, Executive Vice President of HBO Programming, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled for him, Jeff Schaffer, and our phenomenal cast to continue making us laugh and cringe in equal measure.” Related Video David issued his own statement reacting to today’s announcement: “Playing the role of Larry David has been the g...

The festival got its official start on Friday (August 19th) and highlights throughout the day included Devil Master,...

A Day in the Life of…Doll Machine

“Creativity is something I’ve learned needs to be nurtured like a baby bird,” electronic artist Tara Klein–who goes by the stage name Doll Machine–explains somewhat sagely. “It can’t be forced and it must be authentic. So, keeping my phone or notebook on me at all times to write down and record ideas is vital.” Her music includes a series of spontaneous stand-alone singles, generating well-deserved buzz, including her newest highly-danceable, hypnotic track “Techno Cowgirl” (August 12). Doll Machine’s natural playfulness branches out into her live shows where she revels in the close connection she seeks and finds with the audience. “The stage is my literal playground and the audience my playmates – it’s all about having fun for me,” she says, also admitting she reads crowd reactions for fu...

But, of course, I really miss Charlie so much.” Thinking of Charlie today 💙 pic.twitter.com/zkP5CwZthe — Mick Jagger (@MickJagger) August 24, 2022 The Stones have pressed on without Watts, who joined the band in 1963 and never missed a show prior to his death.
