‘Digimon Survive’ Offers Closer Look at Gameplay With Latest Trailer
Less than a month before its release, Bandai Namco‘s strategy adventure RPG Digimon Survive is now offering fans a closer look at its gameplay through a new trailer. Featured in the video above, you’ll get a glimpse of how the graphic novel-like storytelling will work as well as the turn-based gameplay mechanics when you enter into tactical combat. While defeating your enemy is a key objective in the game, you’ll also be able to recruit various Digimon you encounter to join you on your journey. Overall, you’ll find 12 chapters to the game’s storyline, which branches out into three categories depending on your choices: Morality, Harmony and Rage. Each will last around 40 hours and come together to bring 113 different Digimon you’ll need to fight or recruit to progress through the game....

First released for Nintendo Switch and PC in 2020, Hypercharge: Unboxed is a wave-based shooter inspired by movies such as Small Soldiers and Toy Story in which players can play as action figures in environments such as garages, kitchens, and backyards. While Hypercharge first opened for early access nearly five years ago, the game has recently skyrocketed in popularity thanks to organic social media buzz which started with a tweet showcasing the gameplay of a Mighty Falcon figure battling it out on the shelves of a toy store. “Dear Xbox fans, positive vibes. Exactly a decade since its release, Dragami Games‘ Lollipop Chainsaw is finally getting a remake for current-gen systems. Originally released back in 2012, Lollipop Chainsaw was a cult classic that revolved around Juliet Starling, a high school cheerleader from California who finds herself in a zombie apocalypse, fighting off hordes with her chainsaw while replenishing her health with lollipops. She also carries her boyfriend’s head around for emotional support. The hack-and-slash experience came from producer Yoshimi Yasuda along with creative director Goichi Suda. To celebrate the release of the highly-anticipated third-person shooter game Splatoon 3, Nintendo is delivering a special-edition Switch OLED makeover featuring bright gradient colors, themed artwork, and paint splotch details. The upcoming Splatoon 3 model will be the first special release from the new OLED series which was introduced in October of last year. Much to the anger of many in the YouTube community, the streams of the iconic Lofi Girl channel have been taken down momentarily due to false copyright strikes lodged by a Malaysian music company named “FMC Music.” The Lofi Girl streams are well known for their curated lo-fi beat broadcasts accompanied by a custom Japanese-style animation, which serves as a gathering place for test preppers and those looking for soothing background music. The channel’s oldest and most popular stream, “lofi hip hop radio – beats to relax/study to,” was up for 20,843 hours (almost two and half years) with over 668 million views before it was taken down by the false claims.
