Marvel Studios‘ Thor: Love and Thunder debuted with a total of $143 million USD at the domestic box office — just slightly behind its projections of $150 million USD. According to reports, the Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman-led film opened in 4,375 North American theaters and although it fell behind its estimates, Love and Thunder still surpassed the $123 million USD opening of its 2017 predecessor Ragnarok. The movie also holds the third-biggest opening weekend of 2022 so far after Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness‘ $185 million USD and Jurassic World Dominion $145 million USD. YouTuber turned wrestler Logan Paul has shared in a new video how exactly he procured the ultra-rare 1998 holographic Pikachu “Illustrator” card. In the past year, Paul has made headlines surrounding his Pokémon trading card purchases. However, out of all his purchases, this particular perfect condition Pokémon card worth $5,275,000 USD cemented Paul with one of the most unique cards in the game.
