Steve Lacy Announces New Album Gemini Rights, Shares New Song “Mercury”: Listen
Steve Lacy has announced that he’ll release a new album called Gemini Rights this summer via RCA. The musician has also shared a new song called “Mercury,” which he wrote, performed, and produced himself. Hear it below. Lacy released his debut studio album, Apollo XXI, in May 2019. Since then, he’s collaborated on tracks with Thundercat (“Black Qualls”), Love Regenerator (“Live Without Your Love”), and Ravyn Lenae (“Skin Tight”). Drake Releasing New Album Honestly, Nevermind Tonight
Drake has announced his follow-up to last year’s Certified Lover Boy. It’s called Honestly, Nevermind and it arrives tonight at midnight Eastern. The rapper announced the news in an Instagram post today (June 16). He followed up that post with another displaying the tracklist. The new LP includes 14 songs, and was executive produced by Drake, longtime collaborator Noah “40” Shebib, Drake’s manager Oliver El-Khatib, Noel Cadastre, and Black Coffee. Find both posts below. Anthrax bassist Frank Bello has announced his debut solo EP, Then I’m Gone, arriving November 4th.
