As it did last year for the first time, Eddie Vedder’s Ohana Festival will extend to two weekends this fall at Doheny Beach State Park in Dana Point, Calif. As previously reported, the first weekend takes place September 30-October 2, with performances from Vedder, Stevie Nicks, Jack White and more. Vedder will headline again on October 8, with The Black Keys closing the festivities the following evening. While Redfall will no longer be able to meet its release window this summer, Arkane Austin is hoping to make up for the delay with the title’s first gameplay trailer. Debuted over at the Xbox showcase, the almost six-minute clip gives fans a fresh look at Redfall‘s vampire-hunting gameplay, showcasing some of its playable characters including Layla, Jacob, Remi and Devinder, who all have special abilities such as telekinesis, cloaking, and even a killer robot. ‘Pokémon GO’ TCG Expansion Reveals Further Promo Cards
On top of the Hidden Ditto card that’s set for the upcoming Pokémon GO TCG expansion, further cards have now been revealed. Just days before the in-game event — from June 16 to June 30 — where players will be able to experience some of the Pokémon from the TCG expansion in the wild and in raids, a full list of the physical cards has been released. In addition to the cute version of Pikachu wearing the blue hat, new artwork will arrive in the form of Professor Willow, Mewtwo V, Dragonite VSTAR, all three starters, and Radiant Venusaur, Radiant Charizard, and Radiant Blastoise. At Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase 2022, Microsoft released an announcement trailer for a new Minecraft action strategy spin-off dubbed Minecraft Legends. While exact details have yet to be revealed, Minecraft Legends is played in a third-person perspective and promises real-time strategy elements with a campaign co-op mode against ravenous piglins and a competitive multiplayer mode. ‘Forza Horizon 5’ Is Receiving a Hot Wheels Expansion
Hot Wheels Unleashed is no doubt a great game in and of itself, especially for fans of the toy series, but if you were hoping for steering wheel support for an even more immersive experience, it can be a slight disappointment. Luckily, Forza Horizon 5 is now going to solve the issue by adding a brand new Hot Wheels expansion pack. Revealed during the Xbox showcase, the new DLC will add 10 new vehicles to the game, with four of them based on real Hot Wheels toy cars. Last month, Radiohead side-project The Smile released their debut album A Light for Attracting Attention, which was produced by Nigel Godrich. We liked the album a lot, so much so that we named it the best album of 2022 to date.
