The Seoul Central District Court has sided with ADOR in the ongoing management dispute over NewJeans, naming the HYBE-owned label as the group's legitimate exclusive management agency.The court has granted the company's request for a preliminary injunction, barring the group's members from signing advertising contracts independently (or via third parties) without ADOR's approval.
