The supergroup played a cover of Dan Reeder's 2020 single, "Stay Down, Man" as well as acoustic renditions of "Cool About It" and "Not Strong Enough" off their debut studio album, the record.Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus did what they do best: stripping down songs to their bare bones to highlight the most emotion-evoking harmonies and melodies. While Reeder's "Stay Down, Man" is piano-heavy, the boygenius version is led by Bridgers on acoustic guitar.
