The Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen museum in Germany is hosting a retrospective exhibition on the late American artist, Mike Kelley. Located in Düsseldorf, the show is presented in collaboration with the Tate Modern, Bourse de Commerce (Pinault Collection) and Stockholm's Moderna Museet. Entitled Ghost and Spirit, the exhibition chronicles an array of Kelley's works across sculpture, textile wall works and multi-media installations. The title is a reference to an unrealized performance that Kelley once made called Under a Sheet/Existance Problems (sic). Parisian photographer Karl Hab is currently showing his 24H PARIS exhibition in his hometown. Supported by Converse, the exhibit serves as an extension of Hab’s 2022 photo book with the same name.Through Hab’s “Snake Eyes” lens, he documents life in the City of Lights, a place where he grew up and still inhabits.  Through the numberless pages, Hab imbues magic into the mundane, capturing and preserving fleeting moments that evoke the city’s distinct character. Ibrahim Mahama is a Ghanaian artist best known for creating intricate and sometimes massive textile installations that probe into how capital, labor and globalization are woven into the history of materials. In the past, he's covered Milan's Fondazione Nicola Trussardi with an exterior made entirely of jute sacks, a common vessel Mahama employs within his practice to comment on commerce and the transportation of global goods. His latest canvas? The brutalist concrete facade of London's Barbican Centre.
