Elon Musk is officially attempting to backpedal on his $44 billion USD agreement to buy Twitter. In a letter to Twitter on Friday, Musk’s legal team alleges that Twitter hasn’t complied with the contractual agreements of its deal with Musk. The Food and Drug Administration announced Tuesday that it has suspended its ban on JUUL‘s e-cigarettes while the company appeals. The company stated in court filings that the FDA did not evaluate its entire application and decided to ban its products based on political pressure. In a statement, JUUL’s chief regulator officer, Joe Murillo, said, “We remain confident in the quality and substance of our applications and believe that ultimately we will be able to demonstrate that our products do in fact meet the statutory standard of being appropriate for the protection of the public health.” JUUL’s applications to sell tobacco-flavored and menthol-flavored e-cigarettes were denied by the FDA in June, forcing the company to withdraw its products from the market. Amazon has launched its first-ever “micromobility hub” in the United Kingdom, intending to swap “thousands” of polluting delivery trucks with cargo bikes and walking. First seen in action in the London borough of Hackney, the project was curated with the goal of achieving its climate goal to have 50% of its deliveries fully carbon neutral by 2030. Apple first launched the original iPhone 2G 15 years ago and since then has released up to the 13th generation of iPhones. In his latest YouTube video, Miani gives dissects over $1 million USD worth of iPhones. The first generation iPhone was first introduced in 2007 and Miani has gotten his hands on some very rare iPhone 2G prototypes.
