Less than a year after its original return, it’s time to go back to Arlen. King of the Hill Season 15 will premiere Monday, July 20th on Hulu (and Hulu on Disney+, for those who bundle their subscriptions). All 10 episodes of the season will be available at once.
The 14th season of King of the Hill — which revived the long-running Fox animated series after a 15-year hiatus — began with Hank (Mike Judge) and Peggy (Kathy Najimy) returning home to Texas after several years abroad, leaving them feeling a bit fish-out-of-water-y about the state of America today. The show’s time jump also meant that their son Bobby (Pamela Adlon) is now a young adult, with his own German-Japanese fusion restaurant in Dallas. However, as much as some things change, some things stay the same — like the show’s wild characters and good heart.
Per Hulu, the King of the Hill revival was the most-viewed adult animation premiere of the last five years for both Disney+ and Hulu, with 4.4 million global views after its first week. The series has been streamed more than 1 billion minutes globally. The returning cast also includes Stephen Root, Lauren Tom, and Toby Huss.
