Maserati’s MC20 Is Already Proving To Be a Great Investment

HYPEBEAST drove the Maserati MC20 back in 2021 before it launched, lauding the Italian company’s latest supercar as “a thinking man’s supercar that’s part sculpture, part engineering marvel, and entirely joyous to drive.” While we loved it, it seems that others that already have their hands on the limited-run model see the MC20 in a different light, positioning it as a good investment.

While few are on the roads as of writing, a brand-new MC20 has just landed on the auction site Bring a Trailer. Showing just 86 miles the car has barely been driven, meaning the next owner will get to experience the car’s twin-turbocharged three-liter V6 in all its glory. That engine produces 621 HP and 538 lb-ft of torque, resulting in a 2.9-second 0-62 MPH sprint and 202 MPH top speed, with all of this being driven exclusively by the rear wheels.

This particular example is incredibly fine, finished in “Nero Enigma” with a black grille and “Dark” lower accents alongside a set of optional 20″ “Corsa” rims tinted in “Matte Dark Miron.” Optional carbon-ceramic brakes with blue Brembo calipers also appear, contrasting the black and red interior.

When new, the MC20 cost a snip over $250,000 USD. As of writing, bids on this example are already sitting at $280,000 USD with eight days left. Take a closer look at the car above, and find out more on BaT.

Elsewhere in the automotive world, Aston Martin has unveiled its new DBX707.
