Creepy Lars Ulrich Metallica Toilet Acquired by a Museum in Denmark

The creepy toilet in the likeness of Metallica’s Lars Ulrich is making its way to the drummer’s birth country of Denmark, where it has been acquired by the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum in Copenhagen. A cursed piece of art if there ever was one, the toilet finding its home at the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum only makes sense. We previously reported on the functioning crapper when it made the viral rounds online last year. Even weirder, it was created by the same Florida-based metalhead who claimed to have forged a guitar out of his dead uncle’s skeleton. According to the Tampa Bay Times, the artist, who goes by Prince Midnight, donated the toilet to Ripley Entertainmentin Orlando, where it currently resides in the a warehouse before shipping off to Denmark. Before that, it enjoyed...

SLAYER’s KERRY KING Says JUDAS PRIEST Deserves To Be In ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME

SLAYER guitarist Kerry King says that JUDAS PRIEST deserves to be inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. Even though artists are eligible for the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame 25 years after the release of their first album or single, iconic hard rock and metal groups like PRIEST, IRON MAIDEN and MOTÖRHEAD have yet to be recognized by the institution, which inducted GUNS N’ ROSES in that band’s first year of eligibility. King, who has been a massive PRIEST fan since high school, discussed the band’s absence from the Rock Hall in a new interview with Rolling Stone. He said: “Some years, you hear who got in the Rock Hall and you’re like, ‘Well, how did they get in above these other bands?’ So it seems basically like a popularity contest rather th...

He said: “I think it’s very likely that Matt and Ben and I will play together. I think we know that the songs that we love, that we did for decades with SOUNDGARDEN, if we’re gonna play those songs again or hear those songs when we wanna hear them, at best it’ll be with at least the three of us; that’s the closest we’re gonna get at this point. So I think we’d wanna re-explore that and do that at some time in the future. And I think the three of us have an interest in doing new things. We certainly like working together.” ...

The Dropout Creator Liz Meriwether Took on the Elizabeth Holmes Story With a Writers’ Room Full of Lizes

The Dropout creator Elizabeth (or Liz) Meriwether is pretty open about how, before taking on the story of famed entrepreneur-turned-fraudster Elizabeth Holmes for the Hulu limited series, she didn’t know too much about the world of entrepreneurs, or science. “It was totally new for me,” she tells Consequence in a phone interview. “I had to really learn a lot.” Holmes first became a famous figure as an anomaly in the Silicon Valley tech sphere: a young, conventionally attractive female innovator, whose big ideas for a blood-testing device that could lead to a massive uptick in early detection of medical issues led to magazine covers as well as hundreds of millions of dollars in investment funds.
