‘BIG’ JOHN HARTE, Former KISS And IRON MAIDEN Bodyguard, Dies At 70
“Big” John Harte, longtime bodyguard for iconic music artists including KISS, IRON MAIDEN, Billy Idol and Prince, passed away on Friday, February 11 in Hollywood, Florida. He was 70 years old. Born John Joseph Harte III in Newark, New Jersey on November 15, 1951, he was the older of two boys raised in a traditional Irish-Catholic family in nearby Passaic. When Harte‘s mother unexpectedly passed away, he helped support his family while dreaming of becoming a famous musician. Dr. Dre has promised some “big surprises” during the 2022 Super Bowl Halftime Show, but whatever does happen won’t be done without the approval of the NFL. As Eriq Gardner of Puck reports, the league has already nixed several elements of the show, including plans by Eminem to take a knee in solidarity of Colin Kaepernick. Jordan Peele Releases Trailer for New Horror Film Nope: Watch
Jordan Peele has revealed the trailer for his next film, Nope, which stars Daniel Kaluuya, Keke Palmer, and Steven Yeun. The trailer will air during Sunday’s Super Bowl, but is also available to stream below. Based on an original story written by Peele himself, Nope marks his third directorial effort after 2017’s Get Out and 2019’s Us.
