He is now trying to relocate his Donda Academy to a church in southern California. As spotted on TMZ, the Chicago, Illinois native is reportedly in talks with the Cornerstone Christian Church in the Northridge area of Los Angeles. Their pastor, Ronald Nagin, tells the celebrity gossip website the “Flashing Lights” rapper has met with their executive team several times. His goal is to secure some space at their facility for Donda Academy’s new home. The religious leader says West believes the church would be a better fit due to having more space on site. Jihadists kill all male Christians in two Nigerien towns, women flee

Jihadists in Niger Republic have killed all the male Christians in Fantio and Dolbel, two towns in the Tillabéri region in the south west. Survivors of the attack, a group of women, with small children and babies fled to the Dori region of Burkina Faso. AID TO THE CHURCH IN NEED (ACN), which reported the attacks, quoted the women as saying the terrorists attacked the towns twice, killing the men. Two injured in church bomb blast in eastern DR Congo

A makeshift bomb exploded inside a Catholic church in the city of Beni in the DR Congo’s conflict-plagued east on Sunday, injuring two just an hour before a children’s Confirmation ceremony was due to be held. The head of police in Beni’s town hall Narcisse Muteba Kashale told AFP that the explosion occurred at 06:00 and that experts from the UN’s mission to DR Congo had told “us it is a home-made bomb, a bomb that was set up for an ambush”. A young man identified as Christian Edem Eyo in Mbukpa, Calabar South, is reported to have beheaded one of his aunts, identified as Mrs Uduak. Checks indicated that the incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday when the deceased, who was a neighbour to Christain, left her apartment to take her bath outside. Apparently not aware that she was being watched, as she approached the make-shift bathroom outside, Christain accosted her and hacked her down with a big stick and later cut off her head. Pastor kills, buries wife in Akwa Ibom

A pastor in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria’s South-south, has been detained by the police for allegedly killing his wife. The incident happened at a village called Ikot Ataku, Okon, in Eket Local Government Area. The pastor has been identified as Chris Enoch, the founder of Omega Word Global Ministries. He is from Ebonyi State, Nigeria’s South-east. The youth president of Okon Clan, Effiong Johnson told newsmen, Wednesday night, that Mr Enoch killed the wife, Patient, seven days ago and buried her corpse in the shallow grave inside their gated compound where they have been living with their five children. Pope Francis said on Sunday that he was pained by the discovery of the remains of 215 children at a former Catholic school for indigenous students in Canada and called for respect for the rights and cultures of native peoples.
