Ryan Michael Reavis, one of the three men charged in the September 2018 death of Mac Miller, has been sentenced to 10 years and 11 months in prison. Rolling Stone reports that Reavis, 39, referred to himself as the middle man who gave another drug dealer the fentanyl-laced oxycodone pills that killed the rapper. He also previously claimed that he was unaware that the pills he dealt were the ones that killed Miller up until he was arrested by law enforcement in September 2019. “This is not just a regular drug case. David Freel, best known as the vocalist and guitarist of the San Francisco rock band Swell, died Tuesday (April 12). The band confirmed the news on Facebook; no cause of death has been reported. He was 64. Born January 31, 1958, Freel formed Swell in 1989 after meeting drummer Sean Kirkpatrick. They released a self-titled debut album on their own pSychosPecificMusic label in April 1990, and played their first show that August at San Francisco’s I-Beam, opening for Mazzy Star. Man Sentenced to Over 10 Years in Prison in Connection With Mac Miller’s Death

Ryan Michael Reavis, who previously agreed to plead guilty to distribution of fentanyl in the federal case involving the 2018 death of Mac Miller, has been sentenced to nearly 11 years in prison, Rolling Stone reports and court documents confirm. Before handing down the sentence of 10 years and 11 months, U.S. District Judge Otis D. Suspect Arrested for Arson Attack at Brooklyn LGBTQ Club

A man accused of setting a Brooklyn nightclub ablaze earlier this month has been arrested by U.S. Marshals. The Rash nightclub has only been operating in Brooklyn’s Bushwick neighborhood since October of last year. The venue had become a preferred spot among the community’s LGBTQ+ clubbers. But on April 3rd, Rash sustained a fire that reportedly left the property vastly unsalvageable.  Now, 24-year-old John Lhota has been identified by security footage and charged with arson. NYC Mayor Eric Adams confirmed the arrest in a statement on Twitter.
