Japanese psych-rockers Kikagaku Moyo have detailed their final album. Kumoyo Island will arrive May 6 via the band’s own Guruguru Brain before Kikagaku Moyo go on an indefinite hiatus. Billboards promoting Travis Scott’s new album Utopia have appeared on the Interstate 10 highway in California, as Variety reports. According to images posted on the verified Cactus Jack Instagram account, the billboards say, “PSST……. Looking for UTOPIA? WRONG WAY!” One billboard also has the Cactus Jack logo. According to Variety, the billboards are on the side of the highway that leads drivers away from the Coachella festival site in Indio, suggesting that the “right” way to Utopia is heading toward Coachella. Carrie Brownstein is directing the new movie Witness Protection, according to Deadline. The comedy film will star and be executive produced by Schitt’s Creek’s Annie Murphy. The movie is being written by Rupinder Gill and David West Read, who also serve as executive producers. The independent studio MRC Film is behind Witness Protection.
