The trailer for season three of Snowpiercer has officially been released. The action-packed and post-apocalyptic TV series is set to return to TNT next month after making its move from streaming giant, Netflix. The trailer sees Daveed Diggs reprise his protagonist role as Layton, whom fans can hear in as the narrator of the trailer. The trailer teases Jennifer Connelly’s character Melanie’s next steps with a voice-over that hears Layton set the scene for the third season. John Cena‘s Peacemaker is getting a new best friend in his own upcoming HBO Max show, and now Warner Bros. has released a new featurette detailing exactly who this “BFF” is. Lucasfilm‘s The Book of Boba Fett, first revealed in the ending credits of The Mandalorian, has received another trailer ahead of its premiere later this month. The upcoming Disney+ series stars Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett and Ming Na Wen as Fennec Shand, his trusted bounty hunter accomplice. The duo navigates the galaxy’s underworld as they return to Tatooine to stake their claim following the death of Jabba the Hutt. Four months out from the Sonic the Hedgehog sequel, Paramount has now unveiled the film’s first poster. In typical Sonic fashion, the new poster once again depicts the titular protagonist escaping from Jim Carrey‘s diabolical villain Dr. Robotnik, who is seen in the background pursuing the blue hedgehog in his iconic hovering pod. Apple TV+ is officially in the progress of producing a film based on Theranos’ founder Elizabeth Holmes, titled Bad Blood. Jennifer Lawrence is set to star as the titular character of Holmes, while Adam McKay has signed on to write and direct the project. The movie, which has been in development since 2016, is based on the novel Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in a Silicon Valley Start Up. The visual project will dive into the rise and fall of Holmes’ company and how the youngest self-made billionaire at the time was accused of fraud for her blood-testing startup. Naughty Dog has now confirmed that Parks and Recreation star Nick Offerman will be joining the live-action adaptation of The Last of Us as Bill. According to Variety, Offerman will be starring alongside Murray Bartlett, who’ll portray the role of Frank, as the two survivalists live in solitude in their own isolated town. Chernobyl actor Con O’Neill was originally cast as Bill but had to back out after scheduling conflicts, ultimately leading to Offerman’s involvement. While the director has a long list of memorable movies in his repertoire, he was never able to secure the rights to Spider-Man. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has confirmed that Charlie Cox is set to reprise his role as Daredevil in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
