Valve Has Released CAD Files for the Steam Deck

Those who’ve ordered Steam Decks will be delighted to learn that Valve has now made CAD files for the handheld available. The designs and specifications were uploaded for free to GitHub, where you’ll be able to access them through a Creative Commons license, and includes an STP model, STL model, as well as drawings (DWG) for reference. ‘Call of Duty: Warzone’ Is Reportedly Coming to Mobile Platforms

New rumors suggest that Call of Duty: Warzone is finally getting a mobile version. According to video game journalist and insider Tom Henderson, Activision is currently working on four new titles for the Call of Duty franchise, which includes Modern Warfare 2 (which has been confirmed by the developer itself), Warzone 2 (which has also seemingly been confirmed), a game for 2023 that’s yet to be named, and Warzone Mobile. An Uncut Sheet of Base Set Holographic First Edition ‘Pokémon TCG’ Cards Has Listed on Goldin

One of the rarest pieces of Pokémon TCG history has just landed on Goldin Auctions. The lot in question is a 1999 uncut sheet of the base set First Edition and shadowless holographic cards. All 16 of the base set holographic Pokémon cards are attached in pristine condition with multiples of each — there are two Charizards, two Blastoises, and three Venusaurs. On top of the three main holofoils, the winning bidder will also get two Alakazams, three Chanseys, 10 Mewtwos, two Nidokings, 10 Ninetales, three Raichus, 10 Gyarados, 10 Hitmonchan, and 32 Machamps that are all part of the sheet. ‘Lost Ark’ Becomes Second Most-Played Steam Game in Only 24 Hours

Lost Ark, Amazon Game Studios‘ latest free-to-play MMORPG, has soared past one million concurrent players in its first 24 hours, ranking as the second most-played Steam game in history, according to SteamDB. The game, which launched via Amazon Games, has passed titles including Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Dota 2 with a higher concurrent count. SteamDB reports that Lost Ark‘s all-time concurrent record is 1,325,305 players, which ranks just above Counter-Strike‘s record of 1,308,963 players and Dota 2‘s record of 1,295,114. Lost Ark takes second place behind PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, which holds the highest concurrent player record of 3,257,248. ‘Fortnite’ Partners With ‘Uncharted’ on Nathan Drake and Chloe Frazer Skins

Fortnite is gearing up to unveil a new Uncharted collaboration on February 17, featuring new skins for Tom Holland‘s Nathan Drake and Claudia Black’s Chloe Frazer. Epic Games first teased the crossover on Friday through a treasure hunt website, which arrived several days after leaked code hinted at an “Uncharted treasure map.” On the site, users needed to guess a 14-character password using cryptic clues in order to unlock the official Uncharted Fortnite collaboration trailer. ‘Call of Duty’ Is Introducing a “New Warzone Experience” in 2022

Activision is working on improving Call of Duty and has shared a few updates coming to Modern Warfare and Warzone in 2022 in a blog post. Developers are prioritizing what they refer to as “Quality of Life,” which essentially comprises changes that make the game more accessible for its players. Season two’s launch will involve improvements across the board, such as vehicle handling, making parachutes deploy at a lower vertical height, an increase in player mantle height and collision fixes for vehicles and players. Developers are also currently addressing glitches, like performance and streaming issues. Prada’s Linea Rossa has just announced a partnership with Ubisoft‘s Riders Republic. The multi-player racing game features the extreme sports mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, and wingsuit flying, and has become somewhat of a sleeper hit. Gary Bowser Sentenced to 40 Months in Prison Over Nintendo Hack

Hacking group Team Xecuter member Gary Bowser has now been sentenced to 40 months in prison by the U.S. federal court over pirating activity with Nintendo’s games and consoles. On top of serving more than three years, Bowser will also have to pay $10 million USD to the Japanese gaming giant as part of an earlier settlement and another $4.5 million USD in restitution. During Nintendo’s recent Nintendo Direct event, the gaming company announced an update to its beloved Chrono Cross game series, titling it The Radical Dreamers Edition. As a sequel to Chrono Trigger, the revamped 1-player role-playing game will allow you to switch between the old and new 3D models and illustrations, switch enemy encounters on or off, filter backgrounds and change screen resolution. ‘Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’ Is Adding 48 More Courses

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will add 48 additional tracks to its gameplay as paid DLC over the next two years. As part of a “Booster Course Pass,” Nintendo is adding a number of remastered courses from previous games to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which the gaming giant announced during its Nintendo Direct presentation. The company will add six different waves of content, each complete with eight tracks, to the game by the end of 2023.
