Rico Nasty has released the second single off of her forthcoming new project. Entitled LaRuinas, the album has yet to receive an official anticipated due date, but follows the recent news that Rico has scrapped her highly-anticipated Rx LP. “I’m going through a lot of transitions rn. And it got scrapped,” the artist tweeted in April. “There’s a whole entire new thing coming.” Following “Vaderz” with guest artist Bktherula, the humorous “Intrusive” is the latest track from Rico from LaRuinas. In punchy bars, she responds to how constantly hearing opinions, from critics on social media to one’s own thoughts, can sometimes feel a little intrusive. Daiki Tsuneta’s Tokyo-based music collective Millennium Parade has shared the opening sequence to the second season of the anime series Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045. Based on the 1980s manga Ghost in the Shell by Masamune Shirow, the show takes place in the year 2045 following a worldwide economic crisis that led to the dissolution of all forms of currency. Its first season premiered globally on Netflix in April 2020. For the theme song, entitled “Secret Ceremony,” Millennium Parade crafted a track that plays on the anticipation of the action-packed season two. An accompanying music video brings viewers through different shots of the anime’s futuristic landscape.
