A man accused of setting a Brooklyn nightclub ablaze earlier this month has been arrested by U.S. Marshals. The Rash nightclub has only been operating in Brooklyn’s Bushwick neighborhood since October of last year. The venue had become a preferred spot among the community’s LGBTQ+ clubbers. But on April 3rd, Rash sustained a fire that reportedly left the property vastly unsalvageable. Now, 24-year-old John Lhota has been identified by security footage and charged with arson. NYC Mayor Eric Adams confirmed the arrest in a statement on Twitter. On the heels of their co-headlining performance at Coachella on Sunday, Swedish House Mafia have expanded their “Paradise Again Tour” with new dates in New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. What’s more, they’ve confirmed the tour’s support acts, which include Grimes and Kaytranada on select dates. Grimes will appear at SHM’s tour opener in Miami on July 29th, and then again in Austin on August 25th. According to a publicist, she will be performing a DJ set at both shows. Ryan Michael Reavis, one of three men implicated in the overdose death of Mac Miller, has been sentenced to 10 years and 11 months in prison, Rolling Stone reports. Reavis, 39, was accused of being the middle man between Stephen Andrew Walter, who has pleaded guilty to selling counterfeit oxycodone laced with fentanyl, and Cameron James Pettit, who supplied the pills to Mac Miller. The rapper was found dead on September 6th, 2018 of a lethal combination of fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol.
