Ahead of the premiere of Avatar: The Way of Water this Friday, December 16, The Weeknd has released his contribution to the film’s official soundtrack, “Nothing Is Lost (You Give Me Strength).” The song, which was written by The Weeknd, features production by Swedish House Mafia and composer Simon Franglen. “Nothing Is Lost” was first teased in the movie’s official teaser trailer, during which the chart-topper’s soothing vocals echoed through the background of the preview. “I thought I could protect you from paying for my sins/ You give me strength/ I would do either way/ Nothing’s lost/ No more pain, just you,” The Weeknd sings on the cut. “Nothing Is Lost” marks The Weeknd’s latest release for the cinema. 2023 Grammys: Trevor Noah Returns as Host
Trevor Noah is returning to host the 2023 Grammy Awards, Billboard reports. It’ll be his third consecutive year hosting the ceremony after making his debut in 2021 and coming back for 2022. Upon taking over the hosting duties in 2021, he replaced Alicia Keys, who’d hosted the Grammys in 2019 and 2020. Noah recently stepped down as the host of The Daily Show; his final episode aired earlier this month. The comedian had helmed the Comedy Central series since 2015. Prior to his departure from the show, Noah had a new comedy special, I Wish You Would, premiere on Netflix. The 2023 Grammy Awards take place on Sunday, February 5, in Los Angeles.

Siouxsie Sioux Announces Return to Stage After 10 Years
Siouxsie Sioux of Siouxsie and the Banshees will return to the stage in 2023. Her first show since a 2013 Meltdown performance is set to take place at Latitude Festival in the East of England on July 23. Pulp, Paolo Nutini, and George Ezra are headlining the festival, which begins on July 20. The punk singer last released music in 2015, when she recorded a song called “Love Crime” for the Hannibal TV show.
