Metro Boomin will be delivering his highly-anticipated new album Heroes & Villains this November. The hip-hop producer announced the news of the forthcoming project on Friday, sharing a fiery teaser trailer. While the trailer doesn’t offer any information aside from the news of the album, fans can only hope Metro Boomin maintains the same hard-hitting energy he brought to Savage Mode II, his hit collaboration with Migos. Heroes & Villains marks Metro Boomin’s second full-length solo endeavor, due to arrive four years after his debut Not All Heroes Wear Capes. Soulside Announce First Album in 33 Years, Share New Songs: Listen
Post-hardcore outfit Soulside have a new album on the way, their first full-length since 1989’s Hot Bodi-Gram. It’s titled A Brief Moment in the Sun, and it arrives November 18 via Dischord. They’ve shared two songs from the project: “Reconstruction,” and “Runner,” which comes with a video by the band’s drummer, Alexis Fleisig. Almost five years after its debut, Jhené Aiko’s Trip has been certified platinum by the RIAA, surpassing one million sales in the United States. Aiko dropped the project, her sophomore album, on September 22, 2017, succeeding her 2014 debut LP Souled Out and her collaborative effort with Big Sean Twenty88. Released via ARTium and Def Jam, the 22-track Trip features guest appearances from Sean, Rae Sremmurd, Kurupt, Brandy, Aiko’s own father and daughter and more.
