2 Chainz Gives an Update on His Forthcoming Collaborative Album With Lil Wayne
Early this year, 2 Chainz spoke about the imminent arrival of his next collaborative album with Lil Wayne. Back in January, 2 Chainz said that ColleGrove 2 would arrive later this year, however, there has not yet been an update regarding the process of the album until now. It was not until Monday, that the Atlanta rapper Tweeted an update for fans on the lookout to the sequel to their 2016 collaborative efforts. While 2 Chainz has been busy performing all over North America, he reminds fans that he has not forgotten about the album and is still very much locked in with Lil Wayne. Los Angeles R&B artist Blxst has released a new music video for his single “Couldn’t Wait For It” featuring Rick Ross. The video sees Blxst navigate his rapid ascension in the music industry as he heads to Atlanta to meet up with Ross. The visual opens with a call between Blxst and Ross, each phoning in from their cities to discuss a business opportunity. “It’s time to come here. You ready? It’s my responsibility to make sure you take advantage of this,” Ross tells Blxst. “Say no more. I’m on the first flight out. Let’s make it happen,” Blxst responds. Wade on June 24th, 2022, the festival’s organizers announced on social media. The decision was officially handed down during the festival’s run this year in Rothbury, Michigan.
