Dave Matthews Band Announce 2022 North American Summer Tour
Dave Matthews Band have revealed the details for their annual summer tour of North America. Spanning 46 dates in total, DMB’s 2022 summer tour includes multiple nights at Alpine Valley in East Troy, WI; Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, NH; Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, NY; Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre in Greenwood Village, CO; and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. As per tradition, DMB will also play three shows at the scenic Gorge Amphitheatre in George, WA over Labor Day weekend (September 2nd-4th). Tash Sultana has announced their first North American tour in three years. The “Terra Firma Tour,” which comes in support of Sultana’s latest album of the same name, goes down June and July 2022. Over the course of the 24-date run, Sultana will play shows at Red Rocks in Morrison, CO; Pier 17 in New York City; Orpheum Theatre in Vancouver; and Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. Lil Yachty has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against NFT seller Opulous. According to reports, the rapper supposedly never gave Opulous permission to launch the “Lil Yachty NFT Collection,” which would have allowed buyers to hear new Yachty’s new music. The company featured images of Yachty and did press interviews for the collection,“Defendants knew that they did not have authorization to utilize plaintiff’s name, trademark or image… yet did so anyways because [it] was beneficial to Defendants’ commercial enterprise, in blatant and conscious disregard for plaintiff’s exclusive legal rights,” his lawyers claimed.
