JAY-Z has officially filed a motion to dismiss the ongoing lawsuit previously filed against him by a woman who alleges she was sexually assaulted by the rapper and Sean "Diddy" Combs back in 2000 when she was 13-years-old. Earlier this week, JAY-Z received permission from United States District Judge Analisa Torres to file the new motion. Variety has reported after viewing the request, that JAY-Z cites major inconsistencies from the woman's account. The visuals comes just days after he dropped the new album for the third song on the LP. In the six-minute clip, fans can see Puerto Rican filmmaker Jacobo Morales kick things off.
