Roc Nation-signed artist Victory Boyd is suing Travis Scott, SZA and Future, accusing them of copying her "copyrighted and registered" song "Like The Way It Sounds" for the trio's UTOPIA collab "TELEKINESIS."In legal documents obtained by Music Business Worldwide, Boyd claims that she “wrote the lyrics, then completed and published a demo” of "Like The Way It Sounds" in November 2019, and shared a recording of the track with Ye via a voice note. She states that he had plans of releasing a track based on her demo, which was first titled "Future Bounce" and later renamed to "Future Sounds" and "Ultrasounds." JAY-Z Has Filed a Motion To Dismiss Sexual Assault Lawsuit

JAY-Z has officially filed a motion to dismiss the ongoing lawsuit previously filed against him by a woman who alleges she was sexually assaulted by the rapper and Sean "Diddy" Combs back in 2000 when she was 13-years-old. Earlier this week, JAY-Z received permission from United States District Judge Analisa Torres to file the new motion. Variety has reported after viewing the request, that JAY-Z cites major inconsistencies from the woman's account. The rapper's attorney Alex Spiro has cited the Jane Doe accuser's interview with NBC News last month where she admitted that she had "some mistakes" when retelling her story.
