IShowSpeed has been named Streamer of the Year at the Esports Awards 2025, held on November 19 in Las Vegas. He triumphed over a strong field of nominees, including Kai Cenat, jasontheween, Plaqueboymax and ExtraEmily.
Upon being announced as the winner, Speed shared a pre-recorded message expressing his gratitude. “I want to give a huge thanks to everybody who voted for me, a huge thanks to my fans and anybody who supported me, I love y’all,” he said.
This victory marks IShowSpeed’s first time clinching the Streamer of the Year title, after having lost to Mexican Twitch streamer Samanta “Rivers” Rivera Trevino the previous year. The award is definitely a significant career milestone, providing the recognition that his followers believe he deserves.
