Ozzy Osbourne’s iconic song “Crazy Train” has surpassed one billion streams on Spotify, joining the streaming service’s elite Billions Club.
“Crazy Train” was originally released in 1980 as the debut solo single from Osbourne in the wake of his departure from the legendary Black Sabbath. The track, co-penned by Randy Rhoads and Bob Daisley, became Ozzy’s signature solo song, and the album it came from, Blizzard of Ozz, has reached quintuple platinum status.
A lounge-y arrangement of “Crazy Train” was used as the opening to the surprise cultural crossover reality show The Osbournes, which ran on MTV in the early 2000s. Watch the animated music video for “Crazy Train” below.
