beyerdynamic Introduces the Brand’s First True Wireless Earbuds

German audio brand beyerdynamic has finally unveiled its very first true wireless earbuds.

Dubbed the Free BYRD, the new offering retains the exceptional audio quality beyerdynamic is well known for but packed into a mobile, compact form so you no longer have to lug around those hefty headsets on your daily commute, workout or jog. With Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, the earbuds ensure the best sound quality and connection to your smart devices while being future-proof.

A single charge can last you a whopping 11 hours of playtime while the wireless charging case can top it up for another 30 hours. Of course, you can also expect Active Noise Cancellation, a transparency mode for when you need to tune in to your surroundings, Qualcomm cVc tech for clearer voice input when you’re on the phone, and IPX4 splash resistance in case you’re out in the rain. Other features include support for Alexa, Google Fast Pair, and aptX.

Available in black or gray, beyerdynamic’s Free BYRD is now available over on its website for $250 USD.

Elsewhere in tech, Apple is expected to increase the iPhone 14’s price tag by $100 USD.
