With Dune: Spice Wars already offering early access, fans of Frank Herbert‘s sci-fi franchise are now in for another treat: Funcom has just unveiled Dune: Awakening over at Gamescom. Tegan and Sara are returning this fall with their 10th studio album Crybaby. To help tide you over until its October 21st release, the duo have shared another new single today called “Faded Like a Feeling” along with an accompanying music video. Especially by Tegan and Sara’s standards, “Faded Like a Feeling” is a delicate, somber ballad, driven by a spare acoustic guitar instrumental. It documents the natural ebbs and flows of relationships, and the mysterious occurrence of someone you once held dearly becoming a perfect stranger. “When we met I worried that/ You and me sparked too easy/ Did me in with your grief/ We grew into something heavy,” goes the first verse. “Little while, we lost touch/ I feel like a stranger/ I ran out on your love/ Hoping you don’t blame me.” Advertis...
Hot on the heels of his last single “Busy,” and only seven months after his collaborative mixtape with Blade Brown, Lambeth-born K Trap is back with a new song entitled “Spoilt.” The record also comes with news of a new project aptly dubbed The Last Whip II, a long-awaited follow-up to 2017’s first edition. For “Spoilt,” the Remedee and Nathaniel London-produced track is rough-and-ready U.K. drill. Coming as a rowdy anthem destined for the mosh pits, the lyrical substance touches on putting in the work, reaping the rewards, and not associating yourself with enemies. The accompanying visuals directed by Romael, are just as lively as the audio as the clean-cut edit takes us on a late-night tour of K Trap’s home of Gipsy Hill, London. You can watch th...

HipHopWired Featured Video Source: Marc Piasecki / Getty One of the armed robbery suspects accused of robbing Kim Kardashian in Paris in 2016 says he doesn’t feel an ounce of remorse for apparently taking “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” to mean “Hold up the Kardashians at gunpoint.” Yunice Abbas essentially told Vice News that Kardashian was just begging to be robbed after being flashy on social media and treating luxury items like they were disposable trinkets. (Never mind the fact that those trinkets are valuable enough to feed a poor family for who knows how long.) Related Stories “I saw one of her shows where she threw her diamond in the pool in that episode of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians.’ I thought, ‘She’s got a lot of money.
