‘Katekyo Hitman Reborn!’ Anime Adaptation Reportedly in the Works
Trusted insider Spanku, recently broke the news that the popular Katekyo Hitman Reborn! 2000s anime is returning via either a reboot or a sequel. Written and illustrated by Akira Amano, the shonen series was serialized as a manga between 2004 and 2012, and the original anime adaptation was broadcasted between 2006 and 2010 with 203 episodes. ‘Fast and Furious’ Director Justin Lin to Helm Live-Action ‘One-Punch Man’ Movie
Justin Lin is set to direct the live-action film adaptation of ONE’s One-Punch Man manga. According to reports, the former Fast X director will also serve as a producer alongside Avi Arad and Ari Arad of Arad Productions, while Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner are writing. Sony Pictures received the rights from Japan’s Shueisha publishing company and production is scheduled to begin by the end of 2022. The One-Punch Man anime series currently has two seasons under its belt, with the latest premiering in 2019 and the English dub on Adult Swim’s Toonami. The manga itself is still ongoing and features a total of 26 volumes. The much-anticipated release of Marvel‘s Thor: Love and Thunder will see universes’ fan favourite Norse God of Thunder return to the big screens this summer. With just a few weeks away from the official theatrical premiere of the film, AMC Theaters has revealed the runtime Thor: Love and Thunder. JAY-Z and Dame Dash have finally settled their longstanding feud over Dash’s attempt to sell a portion of the Reasonable Doubt album as an NFT. Rolling Stone reported that court papers were filed earlier this week saw the lawyers for both parties announce an agreement that Dash could still sell his one-third stake in Roc-A-Fella Records but he could not “in any way dispose of any property interest in Reasonable Doubt.” On top of detailing what Dash can and cannot sell, the agreement also has additional stipulations including one that states the record label “owns all the rights” (including copyright) to Reasonable Doubt. The former Fast and Furious director joins Jumanji: The Next Level and Venom writers Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner on the project. One-Punch Man debuted as a webcomic by Japanese artist ONE back in 2009.
