Just under a week after Kendrick Lamar released his new album GNX, one of his collaborators Lefty Gunplay, who appeared on the track "TV Off" from the new album revealed that there might be a special edition releasing. Speaking on The Bootleg Kev Podcast, Lefty Gunplay revealed that Kendrick is working on a deluxe edition of GNX, "Yeah, I rapped on that beat. Got some stuff...I know he's got a deluxe version coming out." The rapper also hinted that a music video for "TV OFF" will be coming soon.
