Polo G Teases Upcoming Song “Distraction” on Instagram
Polo G recently took to Instagram to post a teaser for his upcoming song, “Distraction.” The Chicago rapper teased the upcoming single with a comedy skit featuring YouTuber Kai Cenat, where a snippet of the song can be heard at the end when Cenat picks up a pair of headphones. “Distraction” will be Polo G’s latest release since he released his previous album, Hall of Fame 2.0, in 2021. The release of this teaser comes after Polo’s recent completion of court orders in April, as he was arrested for allegedly attacking a cop in Miami in July 2021. Justin Timberlake has officially sold his whole song catalog to Hipgnosis Sounds for around $100 million USD. Kanye West has released one of his Donda 2 collaborations with the late XXXTentacion. Until now, “True Love” had been available only on the Stem Player, along with the album’s other unreleased tracks. The song also appears on XXXTentacion’s posthumous record Look at Me: The Album. The single’s cover art, which you can see below, features handwritten notes scanned from a journal found by XXXTentacion’s mother, with design by West.
