Part 1 of ‘Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War’ Ending With a One-Hour Special

Following the release of Episode 10, the official Twitter for Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War announced the end of Part 1 of the series. The anime for the final arc of the adaptation of Tite Kubo‘s Bleach manga will receive a one-hour special to finish its first quarter. The one-hour special is set to air December 26 and will combine Episode 12 and 13 of the anime. Episode 11, “Everything But the Rain,” will be shown next week (December 19) as scheduled. The first poster for Ari Aster‘s upcoming film Beau Is Afraid — formerly known as Disappointment Blvd. — has been unveiled. Set to star Joaquin Phoenix in the titular role, the poster features a child — presumed to be a younger version of the actor —in grey silk pyjamas with his name embroidered on the shirt pocket. Netflix Developing ‘My Hero Academia’ Live-Action Film

Following early word of a live-action adaptation, Netflix has now officially announced that it is developing a film centered around My Hero Academia. In an announcement post, the streaming platform shared that it is partnering up with Legendary Entertainment on the project. The live-action adaptation of the manga/anime will be directed and executive produced by Shinsuke Sato (Alice in Borderland) and written by Obi-Wan Kenobi‘s Joby Harold.
