Netflix Drops Official Teaser for Guillermo Del Toro’s ‘Pinocchio’

Netflix has officially released the first teaser for famed director Guillermo del Toro‘s upcoming stop-motion Pinocchio film. In this iteration, del Toro “reinvents Carlo Collodi’s classic tale of the wooden marionette who is magically brought to life in order to mend the heart of a grieving woodcarver.” The film follows Pinocchio’s adventures as he navigates Benito Mussolini’s fascist ruling in 1930s Italy. The voice cast features a star-studded group that brings together Ewan McGregor as Cricket and Gergory Mann as the titular role. Look Behind-the-Scenes of the Live-Action ‘Knights of the Zodiac’

Toei and Sony Pictures have shared behind-the-scenes footage for the upcoming live-action Knights of the Zodiac. Based on the manga Saint Seiya created by Masami Kurumada in 1986, the footage was revealed for the first time at San Diego Comic-Con. “Five young warriors are recruited to be Knights of the Zodiac, an elite cosmic force dedicated to protecting the Greek goddess Athena and the planet Earth,” the movie’s description reads. The footage offers an inside look into how the film is being made ahead of its 2023 premiere. Actors rehearse martial arts scenes, perform stunts in the desert and sit atop motorcycles.
