The Smashing Pumpkins Play “Today” on Corden: Watch

The Smashing Pumpkins were the latest musical guest on The Late Late Show With James Corden. The band took the stage to play “Today,” the standout single from the 1993 album Siamese Dream. Last month, it was announced that James Corden will step away from The Late Late Show in 2023 after eight years of hosting. “I never want this show to overstay its welcome in any way. I always want to love making it,” Corden remarked. “And I really think in a year from now that will be a good time to move on and see what else might be out there.” Earlier this week, the Smashing Pumpkins announced a North American tour, which kicks off this fall. Kendrick Lamar Announces 2022 Tour

Kendrick Lamar performed in February at the 2022 Super Bowl halftime show alongside Dr. Dre, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, and Mary J. Blige. Leikeli47 has released her third studio album, Shape Up, executive produced by Harold Lilly. The casting process for Denis Villeneuve‘s next movie seems to be Dune just fine: Christopher Walken will lord over Part Two as the ruler of the universe himself, the Padishah Emperor Shaddam Corrino IV, The Hollywood Reporter notes. Francis Ford Coppola has announced the cast for his long-gestating film Megalopolis, including Adam Driver, Forest Whitaker, Nathalie Emmanuel, and more. Jon Voight and Laurence Fishburne are also attached to the director’s dream final project. The latter actor began his career with Coppola’s 1979 classic Apocalypse Now opposite Marlon Brando, Robert Duvall, and Martin Sheen.
