‘League of Legends’ MMO Producer Says Game Might Never Launch

Back in December of 2020, Riot Games announced that it’d be developing an MMO based on its massively popular MOBA franchise League of Legends, but it now turns out that the game might now be released at all. Taking to Twitter to give fans updates about the yet-to-be-named title’s development, Riot‘s executive producer Greg Street said that the game might never be shipped. “There is no guarantee this game will ship,” the developer remarked. “We are optimistic, but you just never know until it does. ‘Dragon Ball Super TCG’ Unison Warrior Series 8 Sees a Mashup of Timelines

Dragon Ball Super Card Game has just announced its final set of the Unison Warrior series. Set number 8 — Ultimate Squad — will see hero characters from the Z, GT and Xenoverse franchise face off against Cooler and his army, Dr. Myuu and General Rilldo, as well as the Demon God Towa. The entire set is comprised of 292 cards — 60 Common, 38 Uncommon, 30 Rare, 18 Super Rare, 15 Special Rare, and three Secret Rare. SEGA’s “Super Game” Initiative Will Involve Several AAA Titles

Back in November last year, SEGA announced a new “Super Game” initiative that it was working on with Microsoft with the help of the latter’s Azure cloud platform, and now the gaming developer has finally clarified more about what exactly that initiative involves. Speaking in a recent interview on SEGA‘s very own Japanese recruitment page, the company’s executive VP Shuji Utsumi revealed that the initiative actually involved “several titles” that they’re working on, and while specific details remain scarce, he assured that the games would all be blockbusters going “beyond” conventional games. Bandai Namco has partnered with global K-pop sensation BTS to tap into the 2000s nostalgia. Fans can now keep BTS in their pockets with the new TinyTan Tamagotchi. The games will feature BTS-inspired TinyTan characters dancing in a mini-game called Dance! Dynamite!, baking in Make a Custard Tart! and serving their favorite foods.
