The album is the first rock album to hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in over a year. His LP Starting Over won over titles by Sturgill Simpson (The Ballad of Dood & Juanita), Mickey Guyton (Remember Her Name), Brothers Osborne (Skeletons), and Miranda Lambert, Jon Randall, and Jack Ingram (The Marfa Tapes). Joined by Finneas, she sang the title track to her sophomore album Happier Than Ever while wearing a shirt featuring a photo of the late Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins. At the 2022 Grammys, Black Coffee won his first-ever Grammy award, earned in the best dance/electronic album category, with his 2021 LP, Subconsciously. The win marks the first time a South African producer has won or been nominated in this category.
