The Federal Executive Council meeting on Wednesday was presided over by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
It was announced on Tuesday that the President, Muhammadu Buhari is heading to The Gambia for the inauguration of President Adama Barrow for a second term.
Buhari will be a Special Guest of Honour at the ceremonies scheduled to hold at the Independence Stadium, Bakau.
